Last Wed. was India's Independence Day and it was really neat to experience!
They had a program that night and had people come up and demonstrate the native dress for each state and then a group would come up and sing a song in their mother tongue. It was really cool! Wish I could post some videos of it.
And... I got a pair of tennis shoes on Sat.!
